PokeFind

PokéFind recreates Pokémon-themed exploration and progression inside Minecraft using custom mechanics rather than a required client modpack. Players discover creatures, take part in themed challenges and move through custom worlds. The website supplies device-specific joining guides for computers, phones and consoles. Java and Bedrock both join at play.pokefind.co. Bedrock uses port 19132 and console players may need the workaround described in the official guide.
