Project '97

Project '97 is a Build 42 life roleplay community that uses Project Zomboid as the foundation for a simulated town. There are no zombies or NPCs: characters, businesses, emergency services and stories are controlled by players. The server features property ownership, rentals, mortgages, shops, banking, employment, farming, police, EMS and custom communication systems. Players can operate businesses, trade goods, use telephones and computers, and participate in community events. Joining requires an approved whitelist application through Discord. After approval, players install the community launcher and its Steam Workshop mod collection, create a character and enter Meade County.
