Stonetavern - Elwynn

Stonetavern is a Vanilla World of Warcraft project with a European realm called Elwynn. It uses the original 1.12.1 ruleset with x1 rates, a level 60 cap and PvE rules. The project focuses on preserving classic gameplay while making selected technical and convenience adjustments. Elwynn releases its major raids in stages without changing the original level progression. Molten Core and Onyxia became available on October 4, 2026. Dire Maul is scheduled for a later phase, followed by additional content on the road to Naxxramas. The server also permits selected cross-faction cooperation and shared community activities. The project originally operated another realm called Barrens, which was merged into Elwynn on October 23, 2026. Characters, guilds, gold and equipment were transferred as part of the merger. Elwynn remains the active Vanilla realm, while a future Burning Crusade world is planned as a separate destination after the Vanilla progression concludes. To join, create an account on the official website and download the prepared Vanilla client or use the available launcher. The connection address is 'set realmlist play.stonetavern.app'. Stonetavern publishes its changes in a public changelog and maintains a Discord community. It has no item shop, and donations do not provide gameplay advantages.
