Terms of use
Last updated: Oct 26, 2026
These terms govern the use of GameTopBase, a game server ranking where the community votes and owners can list and feature their servers. By using the site you accept these terms.
1. Accounts
To list servers, vote with an account or suggest games you need to sign up with an email and a password. You are responsible for what happens with your account and for keeping your password secret.
We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
2. Listed servers
You may only list servers you run or are allowed to promote. The information (name, description, links, images) must be accurate and must not include illegal, offensive or misleading content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
Every server is reviewed before it appears in the ranking. We may reject, edit or hide servers that break these rules, without having to give further reasons.
3. Votes
Each person may vote for the same server once per cooldown period. Inflating votes with bots, scripts, VPNs or proxies, vote farms, fake accounts, or by fraudulently paying or rewarding votes is forbidden.
If we detect fraudulent votes we may void them, reset the server's count or remove it from the ranking.
4. Voting rewards
Some servers give in-game rewards to voters. Those rewards are handled by each server; GameTopBase only notifies the server that a vote happened and is not responsible for the reward being delivered.
5. Featured listings and payments
Owners can buy featured periods. Payments are made in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments; GameTopBase does not see or store your wallet details.
The featured period starts once the payment is confirmed and lasts for the days purchased. Buying more days while it is active adds them on.
Because the service is delivered immediately, payments are non-refundable, unless the featured period could not be applied due to an error on our side. If we remove a server for breaking these terms, the remaining time is not refunded.
6. Liability
GameTopBase is a directory: it does not run the listed servers and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or anything that happens on them. You join and play on them at your own risk.
Game names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify each game.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version and its date will be published here. By continuing to use the site after a change, you accept it.
8. Contact
